Sweets
Of great diversity, are the sweets that delight most those who visit us. It will be difficult to choose between "carriços", almond or fig "morgados", almond sweets, filled with soft eggs ,in artistic shapes moulded by hand, french toasts, sweet rice, "filhós" or semolina pudding. Not to be missed are the traditional slice cakes that used to be baked alongside the bread in the wood oven, or the figs filled with almonds, fennel and cinnamon.
