Parish Church of S. B. de Messines
Built in the first quarter of the 16th century, it has three naves and six spans delimited by columns. The apses preserved the Gothic style of Manueline influence.
The façade, endowed with a magnificent portal (1716), combines different materials (limestone and Grés (sandstone) from Silves). Inside, the baroque style is evident in the gilded carved altarpieces, especially the Rococo main altar, as well as the sumptuous pulpit, table and sacristy washbasin, carved in Silves breccia.
